Woman: Good morning. May I see your ticket, please?
Man: Well, I told your office that I would pick   the ticket up here.
Woman: What's your name, then?
Man.. Mr. Pitt, that's P-I-T-T.
Woman: Oh yes, here it is. You're going to  Shanghai, right?
Man: Yes.
Woman: By Flight 173, Japan Air lines. May I  see your passport?
Man: Oh, certainly, here you are.
Woman: Thank you. You're not Canadian, are you?
Man: No, I'm American.
Woman: I see. Here's your passport and your  ticket.
Man: Thank you very much.
Woman: You're welcome.
