When applying for a salesman's job, one will benefit a lot from his past experiences. If he has working experiences in the related field and has abundant knowledge about the market, he will be an asset  to  the  company.  Of  course,  one's relationship  with  his  customers  is  of  equal importance,  because  companies  expect  their customers to be regular buyers. If a salesman can provide good service and gain trust from his customers, he will probably attract his customers to the new company and bring profits with him to his new boss. As a salesman, his language skills are his weapons at war. If he knows one or two foreign languages, it will give him some edge in the job market and makes him more competent than others when dealing with foreign clients.
