Man: Last year the company's made a bit profit of  one million dollars, much less than we expected.  According to financial budget, 70% should be used to enlarge production, but in reality, 0.4   million has been spent on living and working   conditions.  Also,  we  planned  to  import a   modernized set of assembly line, but now we   have to give up for short of capital.
