Woman: I'm afraid she is in a meeting at the moment. I'm her assistant. Can I help you?
Man: Yes. It's Michael Cornwall here. I'm calling about the vacancy of the position of the Project
Manager, which was advertised in the local papers last week. I've just received the application form. And before I send it back to
Mrs. Steinbeck, there are one or two points I'd like to clarify.
Woman: All right, Mr. Cornwall. What are they?
Man: Firstly, I'd like to know when you are planning to hold the interviews.
Woman: Mrs. Brinkman has scheduled those on next Monday. Is that OK for you?
Man: Uh, no, it's not, actually. I'm afraid I'm out of the country until Wednesday. Would it be possible to have a telephone interview?
Womant Uh, I'm not sure. I'll have to ask Mrs. Steinbeck about that. And then she'll get in touch with you.
Man: Do I have to take all my certificates sometime this week?<
